Brief about Customer Happiness Indicator Map:

In the line with the directives of the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which aim to transform our healthcare system services to the highest medical quality and customer care international standards, SEHA launched the 'SEHA Customer Happiness Indicator . The announcement came in an effort to instill the values of happiness and positivity and ensure the welfare of employees and customers at all SEHA facilities.  

The 'SEHA Customer Happiness Indicator also reinforces the values of happiness and positivity among customers and measures their satisfaction and experience with healthcare services provided by SEHA through electronic surveys.

 

The 'SEHA Customer Happiness Indicator' goals as follows:

  • Achieving transparency as one of SEHA values.
  • Fulfilling the customer's needs as per the highest international healthcare standards.
  • Creating a competitive spirit among SEHA employees to achieve the best and the highest outputs in the healthcare system. 
  • Enhancing individuals' skills and their communications abilities at SEHA.
  • Updating patients' information and providing up-to-date database for SEHA.    
  • Giving patients the opportunity to suggest innovative ideas for better healthcare Services.
  • Creating a positive professional image about SEHA for patients and reviewers
