SEHA WAS CREATED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF ABU DHABI TO OWN AND OPERATE THE PUBLIC HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF THE EMIRATE, AND TO UPGRADE AND IMPROVE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY THROUGH THAT SYSTEM TO THE PUBLIC ON A LEVEL COMPARABLE TO THE BEST HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEMS IN THE WORLD.
