The announcement came in an effort to instill the values of happiness and positivity and ensure the welfare of employees and customers at all SEHA facilities.
The 'SEHA Customer Happiness Indicator also reinforces the values of happiness and positivity among customers and measures their satisfaction and experience with healthcare services provided by SEHA through electronic surveys.
