​Pharmacy Internship


The aim of the internship year is to provide a well-balance program in multiple pharmacy disciplines designed to facilitate the preparation to pharmacy practicing.  The internship year is not meant to be a complete graduate education program in preparation to pharmacy practice. 

Internships are a critical part of trainee educational experience and provide countless benefits. Some critical reasons to have internships:

  • Gain excellent on-the-job experience to help trainee build his/her skills and resume
  • Develop great networking opportunities with employers
  • Learn about an organization to determine if he/she would like to work there after internship
  • Narrow his/her career interests and focus your job target


Upon completion of trainee internship 1500 hours, he/she will be provided with below skills:

  • A pharmacist shall continue to study, apply, and advance scientific knowledge, make relevant information available to patients, colleagues, and public, obtain consultation, and use the talent of health professionals when indicated.
  • A pharmacist in the provision of appropriate patient care shall focus to serve patient as a one of the stakeholders in which to provide medical services.
  • A pharmacist shall recognize a responsibility to participate in pharmaceutical activities contributing to improved community.



6 months, 8 hours per clinical day, 5 days a week.
