AAH is very proud to be accredited and recognized by the Joint Commission international (JCI), which is the biggest and most famous accreditation body all over the world. Accreditation is an established methodology for improving the quality and safety of healthcare delivery. JCI has approximately 300 standards which hospitals must meet and 1,200 measurable elements, which are what surveyors examine and score.

Accreditation also examines quality and accountability in the healthcare organization. Quality suggests a never-ending quest for improvement and the aspiration to achieve higher standards. Accountability requires the demonstration that adequate levels of services are provided and leads to reassurances that the public is safe, well cared for and getting the best that can be reasonably expected.
