Dr. Ayman Almadani is a renowned nephrologist and healthcare leader, serving as the Division Chief at SEHA Kidney Care since 2015. With over 21 years of experience in nephrology he is dedicated to enhancing kidney care services, advancing dialysis therapies, and improving patient outcomes in the UAE. Dr. Almadani earned his MBBS. from King Edward Medical University (2001) and pursued specialized training in nephrology and internal medicine at the University of British Columbia, Canada, obtaining his FRCPC in Internal Medicine (2010) and Nephrology (2013). His MSc in Health Care Administration (2016) from Zayed University underlines his expertise in healthcare management, policy development, and systems improvement. Dr. Almadani plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, service development, and the implementation of innovative nephrology treatments. His focus on integrating cutting-edge dialysis techniques, transplant nephrology, and personalized kidney care solutions has significantly contributed to enhancing renal healthcare standards in the UAE.
